Please see the list of services we offer. We also offer holistic health consultation rooted in integrative medicine.

Do you always prescribe medication? What if I’m looking for non-medical interventions?

Every treatment plan is holistic and addresses the specific needs and goals of the patient. In certain conditions, where medications have proven to be highly effective, they will most likely be recommended. In other cases,  non-medical, such as psychotherapy, coping strategies, and methods of self-care are incorporated with conceptual  integrative approach and holistic wellness.

What happens in the first appointment?

In the first appointment, we begin with a full psychiatric exam, which includes an evaluation of the patient’s psychological status, as well as a social, family, and developmental history. We discuss physical and environmental  contributors, and when necessary, lab work and diagnostic tests may be recommended. The goal of the initial meeting is to formulate a differential diagnosis and explore various treatment options.
